RingCentral is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with its most strategic, high-profile customers. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and subject-matter expert — driving adoption, mitigating churn risk, and ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI across RingCentral’s unified communications and contact center platforms.
This is a senior, enterprise-facing role that blends customer advocacy, technical expertise, and revenue ownership. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, support, professional services, and leadership teams to deliver long-term customer success.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
Drive adoption across RingCentral’s full product stack to maximize customer ROI.
Manage adoption campaigns and success plans using Salesforce (SFDC).
Facilitate QBRs and executive-level discussions with customer stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate churn risk while protecting and expanding MRR.
Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for assigned accounts.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, support, services).
Lead internal and external initiatives through strong project management.
Execute structured adoption strategies through ongoing business reviews.
Support expansion opportunities and partner relationships within enterprise accounts.
🧩 Requirements
3–7+ years of enterprise-level Customer Success experience.
Proven success exceeding customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention goals.
Strong technical and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
Experience working directly with C-level and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with VoIP, Contact Center, or UCaaS technologies preferred.
