 💰 Compensation: $20,800–$34,000/year (base + commission)

Intoxalock, part of the Mindr family of brands, is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support outbound inside sales efforts in a fully remote environment. In this role, you’ll reconnect with prospects and existing customers who have missed or not completed installation appointments, overcome objections, collect initial payments, and schedule installations.


This position is ideal for motivated individuals new to sales who want structured training, consistent hours, and the opportunity to increase earnings through commission.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to pending, no-show, and prospect accounts.

  • Reschedule missed installation appointments and schedule new installations.

  • Follow up with pending and prospect accounts in a timely manner.

  • Overcome objections, close sales, and collect initial payments.

  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously (phone, email, chat, CRM).

  • Understand the full sales lifecycle from lead to close to installation.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow pricing and shipping guidelines.

  • Use Microsoft applications, primarily Excel, as part of daily work.

  • Conduct competitive shop calls when needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 0–3 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).

  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making outbound calls.

  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Desire to control income through commission opportunities.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
