📋 Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on card benefit insurance programs, coverage, and claims procedures.
Maintain a customer-focused approach with accurate, professional service.
Review claim information, enter data, and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Investigate questionable claims in collaboration with management.
Adjudicate claims and provide settlements in accordance with policy terms and applicable laws.
Make approval or denial decisions within assigned authority limits; escalate when needed.
Document all actions, outcomes, and recommendations in internal systems.
Meet performance standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain positive working relationships with policyholders, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
Stay current on industry changes and support multiple client product lines.
🧩 Requirements
2+ years of Claims Adjuster experience.
Active All-Lines Adjuster License (independent or company) with CE credits up to date.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or GED required.
