🧩 Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
At least 1 year of healthcare experience with medical terminology.
Ability to type at least 30 WPM while actively listening.
Comfort navigating dual monitors and multiple applications.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong attention to detail, empathy, and patience.
Passing score on the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment required.
