CareCentrix is hiring Remote Healthcare Customer Service Experts to be the first point of contact for patients and providers seeking home healthcare services. You’ll handle 60–65 inbound calls per day, assist with service requests, authorizations, and answer healthcare-related questions.


This is a perfect role for detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in a remote, high-volume call center environment and enjoy helping people with empathy.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare services, authorizations, and durable medical equipment requests.

  • Assist patients, providers, and referral sources using multiple applications on a dual-monitor setup.

  • Provide accurate information and guidance on home healthcare services.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations.

  • Meet performance metrics including average handle time, call quality, attendance, and adherence.

  • Participate in 5 weeks of formal training + nesting to transition smoothly into your assigned shift.

🧩 Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service in a call center; 1 year in healthcare with medical terminology.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with dual monitors, multiple applications, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Keyboarding: Type at least 30 WPM while performing data entry.

  • Must pass the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment.


Work Schedule
  • Training & Nesting: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

  • Post-Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
