Afni is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support customers through inbound calls related to promotions, eligibility questions, billing concerns, and account troubleshooting. In this role, you’ll assist customers with empathy, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to offer additional solutions when appropriate.


This position is ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment from home.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Respond to questions about promotions, billing, and eligibility requirements.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to self-registration and service access.

  • Process orders and update customer account information accurately.

  • Navigate multiple systems while actively assisting customers.

  • Identify and present relevant solutions or offers when appropriate.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

🧩 Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

  • At least 6 months of virtual or call center experience required.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to handle upset or stressed callers professionally.

  • Comfort managing up to 40 inbound calls per day.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Must reside in one of the approved hiring states.

  • Cable or Fiber internet service (no DSL, satellite, or cellular).

  • Internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.

  • Ping rate under 100 ms.

  • Private, quiet workspace with desk and chair.

  • Ability to remain on webcam during working hours.
