📋 Key Responsibilities
Process incoming Medicaid claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Verify that all required data fields are present and ensure necessary medical records are included.
Refer claims for medical review when appropriate.
Maintain accuracy and quality while working independently in a remote environment.
Collaborate with team members virtually as needed.
🧩 Requirements
2+ years of recent health insurance claims processing experience.
Ability to maintain balanced performance across production and quality standards.
Strong reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently from home.
Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Uphold confidentiality and present a professional image.
✨ Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience processing Medicaid claims.
Work-from-home experience.
Familiarity with IDX, AHCCCS, Citrix, Siebel, HPIS, DataNet, Excel, and SharePoint systems.
