Digitech, part of the Sarnova family of healthcare companies, is seeking a Medical Claim Resolution Specialist (Insurance Biller) to work insurance claims after they’ve been submitted to commercial carriers.This is a 100% remote role where you’ll review pending, on-hold, denied, or incorrectly paid claims, identify root issues, and handle follow-up to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.


You’ll work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, aligned with Eastern Time, using Digitech’s cloud-based billing platform to manage the full EMS revenue lifecycle. Equipment is provided, but you’ll need a personal phone for outbound carrier calls.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Work pending, on-hold, denied, or incorrectly paid insurance claims.

  • Review claims placed on hold and identify the root causes.

  • Resolve denials by determining why they occurred and taking follow-up action.

  • Provide insurance carriers with missing or required information; send appeals when needed.

  • Handle all correspondence, including mail, email, and refunds.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance rules, regulations, and timely filing limits.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold Digitech’s professional image.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🧩 Requirements
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience in a performance-metric environment (monitored calls, KPIs) is helpful.

  • Calm and professional phone presence when interacting with insurance carriers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately in a remote work environment.
