SteadyMD is hiring a full-time Staff Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality virtual care during overnight hours. In this role, you’ll provide patient-centered care across multiple programs — including urgent care, weight management, primary care, lab review, and remote patient monitoring — using video, phone, and asynchronous communication.
This role is ideal for experienced NPs who are confident managing complex cases, comfortable working autonomously overnight, and interested in being part of an innovative telehealth organization.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Deliver virtual care across SteadyMD programs (urgent care, primary care, weight management, RPM, lab review).
Conduct evaluations via scheduled and on-demand video and phone visits, as well as asynchronous messaging.
Care for both adult and pediatric patients, depending on program assignment.
Provide inclusive, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Prescribe medications as appropriate, including compound medications.
Manage chronic and complex conditions with clinical confidence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and program performance.
Serve as a clinical leader, modeling professionalism and collaboration.
Support credentialing, supervision, and additional licensure requirements as needed.
🧩 Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in 30+ U.S. states.
Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
2+ years of independent NP practice preferred.
Comfort prescribing compound medications.
Experience managing complex or chronic conditions preferred.
Telemedicine or virtual care experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work overnight shifts and at least two full weekends per month.
Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and autonomy.
