💰 Compensation: $54,000 base + $36,000 variable = $90,000 OTE (uncapped)

💬 Job Overview

Fleetio is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new sales opportunities within its Mid-Market territory. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — researching accounts, making outbound calls, and educating prospects on how Fleetio’s software helps organizations manage fleet operations more efficiently.


This position is ideal for early-career sales professionals who are resilient, coachable, and excited to grow into advanced sales roles such as Lead SDR or Account Executive.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Source and generate outbound leads through cold calling, email, and social outreach.

  • Research prospective customers and build detailed lead profiles in Salesforce.

  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings and demos with Account Executives.

  • Partner closely with AEs to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce.

  • Shadow demos and support strategic initiatives to drive ARR growth.

  • Continuously develop sales skills transferable to future advancement opportunities.

🧩 Requirements
  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR or AE preferred).

  • Strong work ethic with high motivation and resilience.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.

  • Coachability and eagerness to learn.

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • SaaS experience preferred but not required.

  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
