Carenet Health is hiring a Radiology Scheduler to support patients with scheduling imaging appointments such as mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CT scans. If you’re empathetic, patient-focused, and passionate about healthcare, this is a great entry into remote clinical support work.


In this fully remote role, you'll help patients navigate their radiology needs, answer questions, coordinate with providers, and document every interaction accurately. Carenet values teamwork, flexibility, integrity, and supporting patients with evidence-based care.


This is a full-time, work-from-home role with a set schedule of 10:00 AM CST.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule radiology appointments (mammograms, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and more).

  • Make outbound calls to assist patients with scheduling needs.

  • Address questions and concerns about imaging services.

  • Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance.

  • Document all patient interactions using internal management software.

  • Provide empathetic, compliant, and patient-centered support.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least 6+ months of general business or customer service experience.

  • Healthcare background required — either contact center or clinical setting.

  • Ability to type 35 WPM minimum.

  • Knowledge of Windows PC, MS Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with CIB, Tower, and BSA helpful.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

  • Must work 10 AM CST shift.

  • Reliable high-speed internet (satellite & 5G not accepted).

  • Must provide two 22" monitors with HDMI + Display ports.
