📋 Key Responsibilities
Manage insurance claims from submission through resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to payor guidelines.
Maintain billing dashboards, reports, and daily tasks to ensure all claims move efficiently through the cycle.
Collaborate with multiple departments to meet deadlines, strengthen internal communication, and identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze payor trends, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to root-cause analysis and action plans.
Maintain daily performance standards in a fast-paced remote workflow environment.
🧩 Requirements
2+ years of experience in a primary healthcare setting.
2+ years of experience with insurance accounts receivable or insurance billing.
Experience with Medicare or Medicare Advantage.
Ability to manage SLAs, prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and think critically.
Strong organizational skills and consistency in completing time-sensitive tasks.
