Yelp is looking for an experienced, people-first Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of outbound Inside Sales Representatives selling Yelp’s digital advertising products to small local businesses. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage a team of 10–15 Account Executives focused on high-volume outbound calling to SMBs nationwide. You’ll coach your team daily, lead sales trainings, analyze performance metrics, refine strategies, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.This is a great fit for leaders who thrive on energy, accountability, and continuous development — and who want to make an immediate impact within a nationally recognized brand.



📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of outbound Inside Sales Representatives.

  • Coach daily through call reviews, shadowing, and structured 1:1s.

  • Drive consistent outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

  • Analyze team performance data and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.

  • Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment focused on growth and accountability.

  • Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins.

  • Ensure accurate communication of Yelp’s digital products, pricing, and policies.

  • Maintain high standards for pipeline management, Salesforce accuracy, and sales execution.

🧩 Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience leading and developing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.

  • Proven success in digital advertising sales, ideally with SMB customers.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent-development skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive improvements.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, quota-driven culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years customer-facing experience with a HS diploma/GED.

  • Must live in the Western Region of the U.S. (Pacific, Mountain, or Arizona time zones).Note: Applicants in the Bay Area are not being considered at this time.
