You’ll handle inbound calls, provide clear answers, navigate multiple systems, and ensure each client feels heard, supported, and cared for.This role is ideal for someone who loves customer service but wants to work in a structured, professional financial-services environment. You’ll learn life insurance and annuity products, manage service requests, and collaborate with a team focused on delivering best-in-class support. 📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a compassionate and professional voice for clients and Financial Professionals.

  • Provide emotional support during challenging situations and deliver solutions to meet current and future needs.

  • Manage inbound calls and answer questions regarding life insurance or annuity products.

  • Research and resolve inquiries by navigating multiple systems and documenting details accurately.

  • Process routine financial and non-financial transactions.

  • Advocate for clients by identifying needs and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Maintain accuracy, meet SLAs, and adhere to team metrics.

  • Identify process improvements and contribute ideas for customer experience enhancements.

  • Participate in training, stay current on industry trends, and complete required certifications.

  • Work collaboratively across teams and take ownership of each interaction.

🧩 Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 1+ year of contact-center or customer-service experience.

  • Experience with life insurance or a Series 6 license is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills—empathetic, clear, and confident.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.

  • Team-oriented with willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace change.
