Transcom is hiring Remote Technical & Customer Experience Advisors to support their telecommunications clients. You’ll help customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers, troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about services, and resolve account concerns.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Listen actively and provide step-by-step technical guidance.
Troubleshoot product and service issues with empathy and patience.
Assist customers with account inquiries, service enrollment, cancellations, or disputes.
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally.
Resolve conflict situations calmly and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Participate in virtual training and meetings with webcam on.
🧩 Requirements
18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Able to type at least 30 wpm.
Ability to work 32–40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
Previous work-from-home or call center experience preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check.
💻 Work-from-Home Requirements
Private, quiet home office with a door; distraction-free workspace.
Hardwired DSL, Fiber, or Cable internet (no satellite, wireless, mobile hotspot, or dial-up).
Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload; ping under 100ms.
Desktop or laptop computer capable of completing typing and internet speed assessments.
